Mr Delivery does not comply with COVID-19 regulations

Mr Delivery took 2 hours before delivering my food. The driver did not comply with COVID-19 regulations, the food looked like leftovers, the chips were hard and the potion of the food was very small compared to the previous orders from the same restaurant.
