Mr Delivery didn't bring my order but still has my money.

I ordered food via Mr Delivery at a local restaurant in Centurion, Capital Craft. I then made the payment from my FNB card, of approximately R500. The money went off my account.

Only after making the payment, did I then get a message from their app stating that Capital Craft was "out of stock" (really??? out of stock for hamburgers??)

The transaction was then cancelled, but, then, of course my money wasn't refunded. I phoned the call centre and complained, only to be told that I would only get back my money after 24 hours. So here I am , out of pocket almost R500, without the goods I paid for, due to no fault of my own, having to wait for Mr Delivery to refund me. What would have happened if I was a poor person and didn't have another R500? Why cannot they at least do an instant EFT to refund me, or for that matter, send their driver with my cash refund?

Absolutely shocking incompetence and primitive systems from both Capital Craft and Mr Delivery.
