Mr Delivery did not deliver my food!

I ordered a meal from Fatboy burgers and the app told me the meal would be ready at 8:34. Meal was ready by 8:41 and delivery began then and I could track the driver. By 19:56 I expected the meal and it didn’t arrive and the drivers gps just disappeared. I waited until 19:35 I am still waiting for my food! No phone number to call. All in app help options just log email queries and that’s it. Although I am aware gps can be lost, driver made no effort to call. Mr Delivery has no line I can call for help or at least reach out to the driver! I found another number for complaints and I dialed it but it just has a Bot telling me working hours which are from 9am until 10pm but still I wasn’t transferred to anyone and it just hung up on me! Ridiculous because now I can’t cancel my order, the driver won’t be held accountable and now I must sit with no supper if this was my last money! My order number is #DFD***9. I now had to reorder using UberEats so I can at least have supper! Ridiculous I can’t believe it and I’d be damned to use MR Delivery ever again!!!!!!!
