Mr Delivery----------Delivery of the poorest service to a loyal (ex)customer

Ordered a Prawn Pizza ********** (order went through and paid for).It was picked up from Col Cachio in Durbanville (Spiros Centre) at 11.26 --(pretty good turnaround time).I get phoned at 11.50 by someone from Mr D. telling me that the driver can't find the delivery address.I use them (Mr D ) once a week on average,now they can't find the Shoprite Head Office which occupies one city block of Brackenfell.12.20 I phone Mr D as I have still not received anything.They then say they'll call back with an update.They call back to tell me that the Manager at Mr D Tyger Valley decided that his driver is not going to Brackenfell. Now I'm still waiting to get a refund .Took nearly 2 hours to tell me they refuse to deliver my order.
