Mr Delivery? Deliver what? No service

So I call Mr D on Monday to state that all the restuarants I used a week before is gone from app. They give me some **** and bull story about time of order. This after I was struggling for 40 minutes with them. I then call again on Wednesday stating again something not right same story as Monday app not right. I speak with Luke Luke who promises to call back.... guess what no call. I call again this time Johnny... he drops call but before he does tells me its cause its Easter? Are we on the same calendar??? Also promised a call back... gues what no call back.... I call again this time Lisa.... I explain it again.... guess what also promises a call back within 10 minutes... again do our minutes work the same cause according to me its 48 hours later.... no feedback. Do their partners know of this **** service and that their products are not available to clients who have been using and paying for the service for 3 years or more?
