Mr Delivery

On the 25th of August I used the Mr Delivery app to order food 2 platters) from Mythos. When it was time for the delivery I received a call from Mythos saying they do not make deliveries in Germiston, & that they thought I was in Bedfordview. When placing an order I stated my delivery address & feel my order should not have been accepted. I notified Mr Delivery & asked for my refund which they refused to give me, claiming that I had changed the delivery address after placing the order. I explained to them that I didn’t, even told them about the call I received from Mythos to no avail. I have tried almost daily since then to get this sorted, & I receive the same response. Mr D tries to hold on to your money @ all cost, even when they’re being nonsensical & there’s evidence to that effect. I would like to expose them. And I’m going to deal with this matter til I get my refund but since they’ve shown me such disregard I am taking this to all social media platforms. If they are doing this to me there must be many others who have suffered the same fate
