MR DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

My experience with Mr Delivery has been a mission and tragedy almost everytime I order. So one of my Orders couldn't be confirmed by the Restaurant, so I was told they couldn't place my order sorry, I have to wait 3days or more for the money to get transferred back into my account. Then I had to pay again, just to get food from another restaurant. On numerous occasions, I have had items missing from my Order. I have lodged a complaint and everything. Up until today, no feedback. How shocking is this!!! I am paying for food and a service and always being let down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!
