MR DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!

On 18/05/2020 I ordered food from Mr Delivery " Mc Donalds in Edenvale, which obviously required me to do an immediate payment before they processed the order. The order failed and then I had to find out that the refund process takes up to 5 days!

Why am I required to pay immediately and they can refund within 5 days? In times like these we can not just let that go! The customer care lady told me to place another order and pay again! Are they okay?

I spoke to Mihlali and the order number was DFD***0. I then got an email from Ordaal Mthethwa who told me that the will process the refund anyway. This is unacceptable. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
