Mr Delivery customer service

I placed an order with them and the specific restaurant declined my order but they already deducted money from my account. I sent 1 email to them enquiring about my refund, 3 people rep**** telling me they will sort it out and that same night my money was refunded. They have absolutely incredible customer service.
