Mr Delivery **** Service

I have placed an order on the Mr Deliver app,on both occasions my order was incorrect and today I was **** to advising me I would get my cooldrinks and dip for my meal which never arrived. The food which arrived was disgusting I called the call centre and was told they can't do anything they will need to inform the restaurant. I'm really sick of this as it's not my first time this has happened twice when ordering on the app. I am disgusted and I am still awaiting feedback where no feedback has been provided.
