I was ordering via Mr Delivery APP from a store they host CALLED CITY FUEL ON THE FORES****. i needed quite a bit of items as i was ill at home. I went ahead and purchased goods worth R800 from my debit card. Only for the store to call me 30 min later that they have nothing in stock. I first had to wait 48 HRS for the money to reflect in my own credit wallet and then when i cashed out the credit wallet into my bank account last week Friday- the 5 five business days has come today, and the money is not reflecting. i will proceed to ask the shop for my money now, and if they dont want to give it- i am going to SAPS. its theft in daylight ******* as they would say. IL NEVER EVER USE YOUR APP AGAIN your vendors should update their items that arent in stock- AND IF YOU DONT FOLLOW UP THEY WILL KEEP IT. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND THERES ALL FORMS OF EXCUSES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY TODAY. SO WHO *****S IT? MR D OR THE SHOP?
