Mr Delivery complaint

My brother placed an order and and made a payment when we picked up that it was going to the incorrect address DFD***.

He tried cancelling the order via call and email and there was no response the driver eventually called my brother and my brother has confirmed that the address was not correct the driver said that he will make alternative arrangements.

My brother also contact an agent and got hold of her and she pointed out that the driver is still on route we saw on the GPS that he was on his way.Once the call was done the order was cancelled my brother has claimed a refund telephonically the agent said that they will be deducting 50% from the amount paid which made no sense when they were informed of the address update.Long story short we ordered,it was paid and the food wasn't delivered and they still took the money paid

The agent gave a **** email address to raise our complaint.

Mr Delivery please return the full R521.50 you have no right to take or deduct that money.
