Mr Delivery, chicken licken bluff order not received but my account was debited

I ordered on my Mr Delivery app from chicken licken bluff for an amount of R259 Order was never received. Tried calling delivery guy no answer. I call the Mr Delivery contact center to advise what has happened and request my refund. The lady assisting me advises that it was a failed delivery and unfortunately they can only refund me 50% of the total amount. This is absolutely unacceptable I did not receive my order so basically I am be charged 50% for a meal I didn't receive as if it was my fault. What pathetic, ********* customer service is this. This is basically *****, *****ing from your customers. I want my full refund of R259 immediately.
