Mr Delivery & Chicken Licken Atlas Road

I order food from Chicken Licken through Mr Delivery and I know it's not there fault, but food was absolutely horrible. You could taste that it was yesterdays wings just warmed up and it had a very funny taste to it. I reported by compliant through the app as there is where I done the purchase and I spent over a R130 on my order, but Mr Delivery responded and apologized and gave me a R20 voucher. How is that any help? the standard driver fee is R15.
