MR DELIVERY call center cannot assist with a bad experience

I expect that that when I order from a restaurant that when it says buy 1 get 1 free that that is the true and when I bring it to your attention and you say that there was more than one complaint that you will resolve this not tell me you cant help because I received my order and when I ask to speak to your supervisor he lies by saying that the special advertised was available at the time.
