Mr Delivery blamed me for a faulty system

I ordered the promotional 2 for 1 pizza deal with Col'Chaccio and only received one pizza. They obviously said I didn't select the deal, but it doesn't make any sense. Why wouldn't I?? Well done, you just lost another client. Keep going, Uber Eats will take all your business.
