Mr Delivery being dishonest
December 2020 a Mr Delivery driver drove too close to my vehicle and when I had to brake suddenly when another vehicle was cutting in front of me, the Mr Delivery driver collided into the back of my vehicle with his motorcycle, he apologized and admitted guilt, I got all the details from him to contact his company and a Mr Mark Dorfling***ner of Mr Delivery according to the driver) when I spoke to Mark Dorfling he asked me if I reported the accident to the police, (which I did the following day and got a case number for insurance purposes) he then informed me that his driver was away for a while and that he would follow up with the driver once he's back. I got no response from Mark Dorfling, a couple of days later when I called him to follow up he informed me that the driver told him that I caused the accident when I reversed into him, well needless to say I lost my cool and told him that the driver is lying to him, that there was a witness that saw the whole incident and I gave him the details of the witness as per his request. I decided to call the driver and ask him why he decided to lie to Dorfling, Christian(driver) was shocked to hear what Dorfling told me about me causing the accident, he denied that he ever said that to Dorfling, he mentioned that he was never away like Dorfling told me in the first place and wanted me meet him at the office so we could speak to Dorfling, after that he was obviously told by Dorfling not to speak to me again and he also started ignoring my messages. I was left with no choice but to claim from my own insurance to get my car repaired.
