Mr Delivery - Be Careful! They ***** your food!

This is the second time that I order food and NOT receive it! Although I get the message on the app that my order has been delivered. Phone the client services team, they will contact the driving team and give you feedback - then NOTHING! This is very unprofessional and every time I loose money as they also do not credit me! I give them poor ratings, send emails for assistance but do not receive ANY feedback or assistance. Done with Mr Delivery as I am very disappointed!
