Mr Delivery Bad service & ****************

I got the worse first online order with Mr Delivery,I ordered food with Hunga Bustas Diner and Grill and did all the necessary online payment and then waited for my order and while that's was happening I received a call from the driver asking for my unit number which I told him and another call from their call centre from a lady by name of Khanya who asked the same question which I told her my units number as well.

Few minutes later Khanya calls me and tells me the delivery guy has arrived and to attend to him but I walked out the house to the gate and there was not delivery.When I called to find out what happened to my order I was told I was not around to collect my order but how in the world can they call me to attend to the delivery guy and go and say I wasn't around?

I thought online shopping was meant to make life easier but guess what?my family and myself had to wait almost 2 hours for nothing,mind you this was supper.I honestly regret it.To top it all I didn't receive my money back and customers service told me they need to make an investigation to find out if I will be reimbursed...I don't have anymore cash for ordering online and now,if this is not bad service and **************** combined then I don't know what is!People should consider how their poor service can impact other people especially where kids are concerned and people's money.
