MR DELIVERY BAD SERVICE

We placed an order at Popeye's Cresta on the evening of 5/5/2023 via the Mr D app.

The total came to R370.

On finalization of the order we were informed that we must collect the order ourselves and it would not be delivered.

This we did, and in store realized that the price of the goods in store are only R305 and not the R371 we were charged by Mr D.

The store also confirmed that they do use Mr D and that Mr D do collect form them.

This means that we were charged 20% of the order value (R70) just to facilitate the order and NOT deliver the goods. This is completely ridiculous!

I have taken this up with Mr D to no avail.

I will never order from Mr D ever again. What a bunch of *********** ******.
