Mr delivery bad service

Im am soooooooo disappointed in the service we have received tonight...... or could i say NO service seeing my order got canceled after numerous attempts to call and endless emails, and in these emails consultant's insuring me that my delivery is on the way...... then i received the email to say my order has been canceled, after waiting 2 and a half hours!!!!!!!!!!!!! Order time 17:28 message of cancelation received at 19:51. Absolutely disgusting service
