Mr. Delivery bad service

I've had a bad experience with Mr.delivery twice in 2 weeks. On 2 occasions we've had an item missing from an order. The first order was from McDonald's in rustenburg, the second was from mochachos. On the second occasion we told the driver we need to check the order before he leaves, and we did so. We realized again that one item was missing. We called Mr.delivery call center, and at that time the driver began to take a video of us while on the phone. We asked him to stop doing that, and he decided to run to his bike and drive away quickly. It's absolutely unacceptable to have this random driver with a video of us on his phone, we are extremely disappointed at Mr.delivery drivers and service at this point! I would not recommend using Mr.delivery if youre concerned for your safety, as the drivers behave in this manner. Also, if you care about the money you're spending on your delivery please don't take a chance, fetch your order yourself.
