Mr Delivery Bad Service

Order : DFD***

I placed an order today wher I have specified delivery should be after 17h00. The driver tried to deliver the food at 14h54. When I got hold of him he already left my house and did not want to go back to deliver later.

When phoned Mr Delivery Help Desk I was told that they will refund me 50% of the money and not 100% as the information provided in the Delivery Instruction field, is no good.

The question: Why provide this field if it is not used to follow instructions provided.

I surely will not use Mr Delivery again in future!
