Mr Delivery BAD SERVICE

I Ordered 2 burger , KFC wings and pops and chips using the Mr D app , they delivered quick but when the driver arrived I was 1 burger short, I contacted them and they said that I must collect as there driver is now busy or my alternative is credit my wallet ,which defies the point of delivery, Mr D wants me to pay to collect my own order .
