Mr Delivery bad service

I ordered KFC on their App. The time of delivery was good but my order was missing 1 item and the food was mishandled. Mash and gravy was spilt all over the food. I rated them after receiving the food and wrote in detail that my order was missing an item. They did not border to reply or contact me.
