Mr Delivery. Bad experience

I have the choice to put in instructions on the app. We are not in level 5,4,3 of lockdown. On the 7th of November i ordered from Mr D and my food was delivered to my door without a problem and quick service. Had my mask on and had my own sanitizer. On the 8th of November i ordered again. If i wanted to leave my flat i could have walked up in the road and ordered from the restaurant myself but i did not want to leave my flat. Ordered again through Mr D. I had my pajamas on when i get a message to fetch my food downstairs as the driver refuse to come into the building. Then she have the audacity to tell me it is my choice to stay in this area. So if my area is according to her not a good area she should not have accepted to deliver the order. I would suggest that Mr D make sure that when they give you a choice on their app where you can give instructions regarding your delivery that their drivers know and understand these orders.
