Mr Delivery - Bad delivery methods

I ordered food - Order Nr. DFD*** to our Estate. The driver could not pass the gate - he had no work permit and the copy of his passport was not certified. I called Mr D and they informed me that they will cancel the order and refund me. The order showed as delivered on the Mr D App. They appoint workers without permits as this was not the first time it happened. With a previous order DFD *** from KFC, 2 burgers less than that I paid for was delivered. I contacted their call centre and they said they will send the burgers. They never did
