Mr Delivery App order error

I had a Mr Delivery application error. The delivery was duplicated. Two orders were delivered. I immediately tried calling Mr Delivery without success. I then logged a call. I only got a response from Mr Delivery two days after the issue. Mr Delivery response was that I accepted both orders and they can't refund. This was an app problem and I need to pay for this now?
