Mr. Delivery app error debits twice. No refund.
I was placing an order for delivery from Pick 'n pay dainfern.
Tried to confirm and pay for the order - error comes back saying something went wrong, I need to try again.
Try again, same error comes up.
To my shock, my account was debited twice.
In total, im out of pocket for R906.40 with no help or advice from Mr. D.
I ended up using 60/60 instead.

09 Feb 2026, 12:17Still no refund, I have resorted to escalating through my bank and reporting *****ulent activity. I am fed up with Discovery bank and Mr D. In the end, the consumer suffers but the companies which we are forced to deal with take ZERO accountability. Disgusting.
