MR DELIVERY AND TAKELOT JOINED TO CREATE POOR SERVICE

Mr Delivery is associated with Takealot which most unfortunately Hello Peter does not have a contact with. They share call centers,depots etc etc and so when trying to achieve some solution for the replacement of a faulty Fitbit the inefficiencies, lies, disinterest in service etc etc border on ********. all attempts to get to senior management fails and you keep getting email responses which clearly show the right hand does not have a left hand let alone know what is going on. BEWARE OF USING EITHER ENTITY!!!!!!!!!!
