Mr delivery and spur westville poor quality and service!!!!

I placed an order with them last week (spur to be specific). The food arrived and when I opened the meal up it was all drenched in oil from top to bottom! Would even feed it to my dogs.

As per application I send through my issue along with pictures of it and the quality of the food they expect me to eat. Had no response and the phone just rings to no answer. I sent the same query again and again no reply.

On Thursday this week I finally got a message back from them to say that they have sent it to spur and will get back to me.

My question to them was why it's taken a week and do they really expect spur to taken on a query a week later. Their reply was to give me a R50 coupon for my inconvenience. So R50 is in my opinion a slap in the face for a R312.38 meal that I did not eat and resorted to driving to a McDonald's to get another meal.

So my question is still not answered from Mr Delivery and today is a week and 1 day later!!!!!

Spur as for you, would you feed your family the same quality of food??????!!!!
