MR DELIVERY AND OCEAN BASKET BURNETT STREET

On the 14 July 2020 at 19H30 I have ordered food from Mr Delivery. At 19H51 my order were cancelled by the restaurant Ocean Basket Burnett street. At 19H53 a Ms Chantell Hendricks from Mr Delivery phoned to informed me that the restaurant said it is to late due to the curve time of 21H00.

I mean 20 minutes from the restaurant side to say it is to late. Why were there option still open on the Mr Delivery app to order from them, the restaurant must close on the app in time.

Mr Delivery alternative option were a voucher so that I can buy from another restaurant but I refuse and asked that my money me reverse which now takes so long.

I think this is poor service from the restaurant as well as Mr Delivery side.
