Mr delivery and McDonalds Westgate

Order was placed at 18:03 with McDonalds Westgate. The order has still not been collected by now 19:35. App stated that this would have been collected by18:31. I order three to five times a week. App has now been deleted because of this bad service. I have two small kids of 1 and 2 waiting for their food. They have gone to bed now without food. I will take this further as this is unacceptable.
