Mr delivery and KFC botched order with zero response

If you had an allowance in your rating s for say, minus 2, that is what Mr Deilvery deserves. It was my 1st time ordering through Mr Delivery, from KFC. A simple order , Mr Delivery order details, dfd***6, A chicken special with two free 300ml sodas. extra order dessert, about R30. Order was totally botched, it came with the right chicken order, 3sodas, no dessert. the order was placed on Sunday8.11.2020. I sent a msg to Mr delivery, on 8.11 at 17:39, they didn't respond up to today, 10.11.2020. These virtual companies biggest problem is zero human contact, they don't have a contact number, everything is emails, twitters and stuff
