MR Delivery and its unacceptable services.

I have received the worst service from Mr Delivery.

On FRIDAY 16TH JUNE, I ordered from Barcelos Trade Route Engen Lenasia using Mr Delivery a Tropika Family Pack for R304, 90

When I food arrived it was raw and cold and the chicken even had blood running out from it.

I logged a complaint with Mr Delivery, sent them the pictures and explained the issue, and how can one expect to eat food as such.

Me Delivery rep**** to the email stating they will provide a full refund to me. To date, nothing has been done. (I even have it stated clearly in the email they will refund my money )

What type of business attics is this... Is this the way you treat your customers? I have sent numerous emails to them with no feedback. This is honestly unacceptable treatment we received from Mr Delivery in Lenasia.
