Mr delivery and it's awful service

They have done it again and this time I'm definitely deleting the app. How on earth do they accept an order, deduct money from your account and only notify you after 21h30 that there was a problem with delivery and will credit your wallet which by the way takes 5 business days. The complaints employees sound very robotic with their same automated responses. Very .poor customer service and level of unprofessionalism is at its peak.
