Mr Delivery and Honchos Ottawa Mall Johannesburg

Poor customer service. Incorrect order was delivered yesterday and immediately contacted the driver who advised I needed to contact the restaurant which I did. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional, no apology whatsoever and the language was very distateful like "oh **** your order is right here but we're still cleaning and locking up and will come deliver it when we done here after 30min or so". Waited until 9pm and still nothing. Tried to log 2 complaints on the Mr D app and said I'd receive confirmation via email which till today I haven't and no one has contacted me. I had paid for an order which never made it to my place and instead delivered greesy junk food I didn't order. This is not the first time I've had this experience with you, however I'd like to assure you that you've lost a customer in me and will move to Ubereats. Honchos at Ottawa mall deserves a zero rating and that's it!!
