MR DELIVERY AND BURGER KING NORTHMEAD

This is the second time I order trough me delivery and some of my food does not get delivered . Just orders food from Burger king and phoned them to be told we need to contact me delivery with a complaint and if you do you get told on voice promt to send a email. Is this going to give me my food that I ordered back or my money ? ORDER NUMBER DFD***0
