Mr Delivery always late and food never arrived

Mr D is probably the worst company around and should honestly be shut down. I ordered last night at around 7pm for me and my family, 2 hours later my food had still not arrived. They didn't update their app with time or even have the audacity to contact me to let me know it's late so I can make Alternative arrangements as my kids should be in bed by 8-8:30 every evening. 9:30 the driver was sitting at the garage for a good 10 min with our food. Then continued to drive around the area even though the address was given and as clear as day. The garage attendants that work at the garage all know the complex very well. So clearly he wasn't asking for direction. I had used my last 250 to pay for the food and by 10 oclock my children had fallen asleep hungry. I continued to try contact the call centre wasting over 30 rand of my airtime to just get my food. They were all extremely unhelpful and had no ambition to even make the process faster or phone me back or phone the driver to help him direct him.

The driver then gets onto the chat and tells me to answer my phone because he is trying to call at the gate. My phone was in my hands at all times and I was watching him on the map he was still sitting at the garage. So even their drivers are *****. If a driver would lie to you about his location knowing you are Watching him how can I trust him with my food. I am certain the driver probably spat on my food or sat at the garage eating some of it. Mr delivery hasn't rep**** to any of my emails concerning this issue. Or have even tried to make things right with me. I am going to do what ever I have to too alerts all Mr D users that they are definitely not a trusted delivery and food service.
