Mr Delivery actually cant deliver, physically and literally

So we order but ... Except, after 4 calls to Mr D, to report burned food, we can’t order a replacement. The operator who assured me an email back is now 1. Ignoring me 2. Refusing to identify himself (I recorded the call) 3. Put me on hold for over 12 min with the MOST IRRITATING piano music in the world 4. No food, and all KFC is self service ?? *** is actually going on ???

I am currently on HOLD yet again to the lovely piano concerto. This is such a waste of time and money. Rather get in your car and go get your food. Mr Delivery has been going down the drain for a while now. No acceptance of responsibility, but fast to take your money.

I AM LIVID. Back to social media, Tabletalk, Hellopeter and Facebook.
