Mr **** delivery

I have just placed an order on mr delivery. At the same second I wanted to cancel my order by an option that does allow me to by calling a specific number. The in app number did not work infact a trick to make sure once the order is placed theres nothing they can do. I was refused assistance over email by chandre. c Support <***> he did not even listen to what ive told him clearly a cusotmer does not matter long as he rep**** the the mail he did his job...

I firstly would like someone from mr delivery to contact me as per google and your app your numbers dont work non existent i will take this up with the CRA.

How can you tell your customer i can cancel an order long as they dont start preparing it. I phoned the same second i placed the order because you can't contact mr delivery its my problem?
