Mr Delivery

Poor Service. i Even took my car in and hired a driver, those people are exploiting workers and i am even wondering if all the poeple who work for takealot are documented. especially people who come from other countries. because alot of people who have taken their cars in are complaining. As an example, people who work in Takealot also have cars and bakkies within the business and they can easily manipulate the system. 2, they also work in control rooms, which is easy for them to choose who gets an order to deliver and who doesn,t. i urge the owners of takealot to really do an audit firstly with internal employees. i mean is like getting a tender while you work for the government. unless if takealot allows that their employees still exercise business Activities while working for them. but that will be dumb as these people constantly manipulate systems. already our cars are getting hijacked and that those cases never get anywhere. what they will say is "if you dont wanna work then leave". This has to be taken further. people cant constantly come to work for Takealot/Mr delivery while they are not getting anything out of it. firstly internal Audits, then Hijack cases to be followed up on. then remuneration and people who are documented to properly work. people cant Always claim to be leaders of an industry while they are exploiting people. ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I KNOW WHO WORK FOR TAKEALOT ARE COMPLAINING, INCLUDING MY DRIVER!!!!! YOU GUYS WANNA GET THIS RIGHT? AUDIT YOUR SYSTEMS AUDIT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU YOU WILL GET A SHOCK OF YOUR LIFE!!! PAY PEOPLE FOR WHAT THEY ARE WORTH AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO,STOP FOOLING AROUND. HIJACKS HAPPEN EVERY MONTH AND IS PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU THAT SET TRAPS OTHERWISE WHO WILL KNOW WHICH CAR/BAKKIE IS CARRYING WHAT???
