Mr delivery

I ordered last week. My order had nappies as we were running out. I thought it was convenient for me to just order online instead of going to the actual store. Well on the app the wasn’t a note saying that the items I needed were out of stock. Money went out and I was credited on my profile but that didn’t solve my problem cause for the money to come back to my account I’m told I have to wait 5 business days. Now the 5 business days have passed I still haven’t received my money back and yet I have to make means for me to go and purchase the items needed, when I call they hang up and they are not returning my emails.
