I ordered food , they took my money, they went to incorrect adress, the driver called me and he asked location, I then sent it to his mobile number, I came to to the adress where he said it directed him, when I arrive he was gone already, I then called thier call centre and narrate my story, they told me I forefeited my money, I then asked to direct me to the restaurant where he collected I was told I won’t get food
