MR DELIVERY

Mr D has of the worst delivery people driving around on their scooters. they have no respect for pedestrians, speed following distance nor do they have any responsibility to other road users. yield signs does not exist, stop streets are yield signs and traffic lights are a game for them. road surfaces are for cars and pavements are theirs to ride on. As a building manager I asked them not to stop Infront of the buildings staircase or entrance and all I got was a glare as if I am mental and a response of " I will move as soon as I have delivered to your building." To put the cherry on top, if you walk on the pavement and you are in their way, don't be surprised if they blow a hooter and indicate to you to make space so they can pass. In Hatfield it is almost saver to walk in the street as on the pavement. some street corners are completely obstructed with scooters and their riders waiting for a opportunity to deliver. when metro is in the area to check up on our complaints, more than half of them disappear. I WONDER, HOW MANY OF THESE SCOOTERS AND THEIR DRIVERS ARE LEGAL, AND BY LEAGAL I DONT MEAN CITEZEN SHIP, BUT LICENCE WISE FOR RIDER AND MACHINE.
