A member of your customer service team contacted me concerning my complaint about the poor old rotten burger I received and asked me if I want to it replaced, when I answered no, she hanged up. This is worst service than Macdonald's Linton Grange. This is really poor service, not asking me if I want a refund or coupon or how to rectify the problem.
