Mr Delivery

Mr Delivery tried to contact me to arrange for delivery of my FNB credit card. When I answered, there was hesitation on the other end, and then the phone was put down in my ear. I then received a text saying that Mr Delivery was unable to contact me, and that I must call them back. I tried to call them back, but was kept on hold for over 5 minutes. I then put the phone down. No one tried to contact me again. I called them today, and was put on hold again. Please can someone assist?
