Mr Delivery

I ordered food from Mr D this evening around 18:16pm I was told my order was accepted and my food will arrive 19:10pm. My food was not delivered til now. I called KFC Dobson Mall and I was told that my order has been collected and it's on it's way. The lady was really helpful she even offered to call Mr D customer service then got I call from this number *** a guy then told me they have managed to track my order and it's on it's way, all this was around 8:30pm. Till now I haven't received my order. At this point I don't know what to do and who to hold responsible for all this *********** mess. Now my kids had to go to bed hungry. I'm very frustrated and disappointed
