I am formally laying a complaint against MrD Since I have had this app it is ridiculously disappointing. I have tried placing orders several times and I have never received an order straight away.i also have drivers saying delivered and that is not true. I will be logging a complaint with hello Peter and the ombudsman as well. I feel ****** and under the section and law of consumers I have a right of withdrawal so I demand a refund now. I am absolutely unhappy and this is not acceptable nor the customer service i expected from such a company-wide.

I want my money back right now! In my account! Not in that stupid wallet. I will not wait for days for it to reflect in my account I want it now. Be prepared to trend and get a huge social media tagging from this. You are *********** and need to be closed.
