Mr Delivery

By far the worst service ever, incorrectly selected the wrong address. Within 1 minute of submitting my order I called them to assist amending the address to be told by Stephanie they can not assist, they can cancel my order but I will not get my money back! What online shopping is done in that manner? I called not even 5 mins of my order being placed, However, I waited on-hold longer for a manger to attend to my call (which still wasn't done) than what I waited to call regarding the mistake which by than it obviously was be too late to amend the restaurant or get a credit cause the specific store had already released the order & it had been delivered If someone actually just went a little further to assist me this would not have happened We used this service for persona & work purposes but let me tell you I will never use them again & I will advise others not to as well I called by to try again...Caroline attempted to assist but however my order was already delivered & collected so they couldn't assist but the effort she put in to actually try assist Caroline make Mr D Look Good the other lady & managers make them look like ****!
